2. What is Speed Gate System
Speed Gate System is used to control the entry and exit personnel and establish a good order. It enters and leaves with a credit card (or face, fingerprint). It can be set to only four modes of entering, only allowing, only allowing, allowing entry and leaving, and no verification. The management system can set the default status of each Speed Gate to open or close. Under normal work, the Speed Gate is in the normally closed state. When the card (or face, fingerprint) verification is successful, the gate will be automatically opened to allow personnel to pass. During the specified time, personnel will automatically close through the Speed Gate. If the person is still stranded in the channel outside the specified time, the gate will issue a timeout alarm signal. If the person fails to enter the passage within the specified time, the gate will be closed automatically. When the invalid card is detected or the personnel tries to not verify the pass, the gate keeps off and an alarm signal is issued. Speed Gate allows at least 35 people per minute.
3. The advantages of the System
1. Speed Gate System has a high ability, good body permeability, elegant design, small installation space requirements, the product appearance can be perfectly combined with the building's glass curtain wall design, and gives users a good passage.
2. You can use a card reader, a two -dimensional code, biometric system (such as 3D face recognition, fingerprint, etc.) to control the speed door. Every time you open it, the gate is allowed to pass only one person.
3. Configure a dedicated sensor. When the swing arm is closed, it will be opened again. Once the fire signal is detected, the gate will automatically open in the direction of the exit. After the fire signal disappears, it will automatically initialize and keep closed.
4. The speed of the gate switch can be adjusted, according to the European safety standard door sports line speed ≤0.75m/s.
5. At the same time, 3-10 opening signals can be stored in the same time. When people pass in the channel, the rear people can also enter directly after certification. This function enables personnel to relax continuously, which greatly increases the throughput of the channels to avoid the retention of personnel caused by technical reasons.
4. System function
4.1 Safety detection function
The safety system of the Speed Gate System is composed of four parts: the start detection area, the channel tracking, and detection area, the safety anti-clamp detection area, and the low-level detection area.
(1) Start detection area
The start detection area of each end consists of 2 pairs of red sensors. The function is as follows:
1. After verification, the start detection area needs to detect that the person's entry direction is consistent with the opening direction before allowing the pass.
2. Once the following detection is detected, the signal is immediately fed to the control system to start the prevention function.
3. When the start detection area detects illegal entry (no card or invalid card), start the alarm and prevention function.
4. Detect children from children or luggage, and accurately sense their existence and movement trajectory to ensure their safety.
(2) Channel tracking and detection area
The channel tracking detection area is distributed on both sides of the channel. It consists of 4 pairs of infrared sensors, the function is as follows:
1. More infrared sensors can sense objects in the area and have better anti-follow-up functions.
2. Sensory person's position and movement process in the region.
(3) Safety anti-clamp detection area
The detection area consists of 4 pairs of infrared sensors and is installed in the swing arm movement area. When the people or items stay in the region, the gate will keep it open and protect the people from being beaten. In addition, the torque during the swing is only 30nm, and the smaller torque can guarantee that the person will not be injured.
(4) Low-level detection area
The low-level detection area consists of 2 pairs of infrared sensors. It is used to detect children or luggage and accurately induced their existence and movement trajectory to ensure their safety.
4.2 Material, solidity, and appearance design
(1) Material
Speed Gate is made of high-standard, high-quality materials. The door body uses a 304 stainless steel table material. The top plate is drawing stainless steel. The swing arm is 12mm acrylic material (or organic glass plate).
(2) Stain
The Speed Gate provides a base for fixed boxes and adjustment levels, and all lines enter the box through the base. Both the top and the side plate can be disassembled for easy maintenance. Use clear water or stainless steel cleaning agent every month to clean and maintain the box, which can maintain a good working state of the system. The weight of the machine is 85kg, which has a strong anti-impact ability.
(3) appearance design
The design of Speed Gate has a modern style, fine product design, and beautiful shapes. It is the perfect combination of the art design and mechanical manufacturing. The box of the product is long and the two ends of the chassis are curved design, without any corners that can cause damage to the human body. The upper end of the glass door wing is a rectangular design, which can meet the style requirements of different environments. The design of the double swing arm makes each baffle more compact. Driven by the special motor, the operation is more smooth and fast.

(4) Authorization in different directions

4.4. Security function
The Speed gate system effectively blocks unauthorized persons. The infrared detection system can effectively prevent the occurrence of trailing, entering in the opposite direction, lurking, and crossing.
(1) Anti-lurking, anti-crossing, and anti-forcible entry
In addition to the normal traffic detection function, the high-level sensor can also effectively prevent overturning. Low-position sensors and acrylic baffles can effectively prevent lurking. The locking torque of 120NM can effectively prevent personnel from forcibly intruding.
(2) Anti-following, anti-trailing
The infrared sensor system is installed in the equipment, which can accurately locate the entire passage of the personnel after entering the passage. When an unauthorized person is found to be trailing (distance ≥ 40cm), the gate will be quickly closed and alarmed to block unauthorized personnel.
4.5. Safety protection function
(1) Status indicator light
The top board of each group is embedded with an authorized state indicator, and the indicator light is red and green. The green → indicator is normal, and the red x indicates that it cannot be passed.
2) On each column of the gate, the LED pass state indicator is installed. Green → represents the passage of the channel, and the red X represents disable.
(2) Power off processing
1. If you receive a fire signal, open the gate automatically.
2. When powering is off, let the gate be opened through the internal battery power supply.
(3) Emergency evacuation
Press the emergency button to open all the gates. Wireless signal receivers can also be installed inside the device and controlled by remote control.
(4) Prevents injury to the swing arm
The device is equipped with 6 pairs of sensors (which can be increased). When the arms are hit, the opportunity of the gate opens again.
(5) Close delay
When the verification is passed, if the personnel within 8 seconds (can be changed) are not passed, the gate will be closed automatically.
