Daily maintenance method of tripod turnstile:
1. The screws are firm: check all the fixed screws to see if there is any looseness, and fix all the screws to avoid loosening;
2. Cleaning and lubrication: Check whether the inside of the gate is clean, and remove dust and other dirt. Check whether the moving parts move smoothly, and carry out necessary lubrication and maintenance;
3. Check the rotating rod: move the movable iron core of the electromagnet and turn the rotating rod to check whether the rotation is flexible and whether the set screw is loose;
4. Proximity switch inspection: Rotate the lever to check whether the limit switch can switch normally, and whether the rotation angle of the lever that causes the opening and closing is reasonable. If the limit switch cannot switch normally or the rotation angle is unreasonable, please adjust it.
5. Circuit board cleaning: use a clean brush to clean the dust on the circuit board
